You will liaise with clients to ensure smooth event execution from inquiry through final billing, while maintaining accurate sales records and proposals. The role emphasizes collaboration with hotel operations—front desk, housekeeping, and banquet teams—and requires strong organization, communication, and a proactive service mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality sales environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills for client interactions and event coordination.
• Proficiency with basic computer programs (Word, Excel) and willingness to learn hotel sales software.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager and team with coordinating group bookings, event details, and sales contracts.
• Communicate with clients to ensure events or group stays run smoothly from inquiry to final billing.
• Maintain sales records, prepare proposals, and track booking details.
• Collaborate with front desk, housekeeping, and banquet teams to align departments with sales commitments.
• Provide administrative support such as responding to emails, managing schedules, and preparing sales reports.
