Job summary

Generation Hospitality in Billings, MT is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support day-to-day sales operations within our Sales/Marketing team. This hourly, full-time role focuses on keeping the sales process organized, managing documentation, coordinating schedules, and delivering excellent client service.

You will liaise between sales reps, marketing, and other internal teams, help with proposals and CRM data, assist with events, and contribute to revenue growth while building a solid foundation

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role.
• Excellent English communication; professional, customer-focused.
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry and records maintenance.
• Comfort with CRM and office productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day sales operations and documentation.
• Coordinate meetings, calls, demos, and internal check-ins.
• Prepare, update, and track proposals, quotes, contracts, and other customer-facing documentation.
• Maintain CRM records: leads, contacts, opportunities, activities.
• Assist with reports, dashboards, and management summaries.
