Generation Hospitality Group is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support day-to-day sales operations within our Sales/Marketing team. This hourly, full-time role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment in Billings, MT.

You will serve as a central liaison between sales reps, marketing, and internal teams, managing documentation, coordinating meetings, updating records in the CRM, and assisting with proposals and reports to help

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in sales support, sales coordination, customer service or admin roles.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication in a professional, customer-focused manner.
• High attention to detail when preparing documents and maintaining records.
• Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace; comfortable learning new tools.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and proactive follow-through.

Aufgaben

• Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks to keep the sales process running smoothly.
• Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, client calls, product demos, and internal check-ins.
• Prepare, update, and track proposals, quotes, contracts, and other customer-facing documents.
• Maintain accurate CRM records for leads, contacts, opportunities, and activities.
• Assist in creating and distributing sales reports and performance summaries.
• Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and route questions as needed.
• Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns, events, and promotions.
• Help coordinate trade shows, webinars, and other events, including logistics and follow-up.
• Monitor and replenish sales materials and collateral.
• Assist with outbound lead generation and data updating as needed.
• Support order processing from request to confirmation, ensuring data accuracy.
• Suggest process improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work with Customer Service, Finance, and Operations to ensure a seamless experience.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
