Generation Hospitality Group is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales and marketing team, manage documentation, and keep CRM records accurate. The role offers exposure to the full sales cycle, enabling growth in sales or marketing careers.

The position is hourly and full-time, requiring organization, attention to detail, and strong communication with clients and internal teams to drive revenue and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales support, sales coordination, customer service, or administrative role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English, professional and customer-focused.
• High attention to detail when preparing documents and maintaining records.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Willingness to learn CRM software and new sales tools quickly.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills with initiative and minimal supervision.
• Maintain professionalism when interacting with clients and stakeholders.
• High school diploma; business/marketing/communications education is a plus.
• Flexibility to work full-time, hourly shifts, including events.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks to keep the process running.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, client calls, product demos, and internal check-ins.
• Prepare, update, and track sales proposals, quotes, contracts, and other customer-facing docs.
• Maintain CRM records: leads, contacts, opportunities, and activities.
• Assist in creating and distributing sales reports and dashboards for management.
• Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and route questions to the right team.
• Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns, events, and promotions with materials.
• Help coordinate trade shows, webinars, and other events including logistics and follow-up.
• Monitor and replenish sales materials and collateral used by the sales team.
• Support lead generation and qualification activities.
• Assist with order processing from request to confirmation.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and workflows.
• Work with Customer Service, Finance, and Operations to ensure a seamless experience.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality.
