Job summary

HVMG is looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in driving revenue and delivering exceptional client service at our Idaho location. You will coordinate meetings and events, prepare proposals and contracts, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED, or one year of hotel experience.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel and lift as required.

Responsibilities

• You will assist the sales and catering managers and directors with clerical tasks and guest service so that they can focus on closing business.
• Your daily tasks will include responding to guests' requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner; word processing, typing, e-mailing, data entry, filing, faxing, copying, and processing mail; other general office duties and assisting with special projects, as needed.
• Your boss is the Director of Sales.
• A coordinator role is an excellent entry-level position in the sales department because you learn about all aspects of sales, catering, and CS, as well as the operation of the entire hotel. This position can set you up for a progressive career in the sales discipline.
