Generation Hospitality Group is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support day-to-day sales operations in a fast-paced environment. You will be the central point of contact between sales, marketing, and internal teams, handling documentation, scheduling, and client inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a sales support, sales coordination, customer service, or administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when preparing documents, entering data, and maintaining records.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (e.g., Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, PowerPoint/Slides).
  • Comfort using CRM software or willingness and ability to learn new sales tools and systems quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the initiative to follow through on tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and composure when working with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work full-time, hourly shifts that may occasionally extend to support time-sensitive sales activities or events.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks to keep the sales process running smoothly.
  • Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, client calls, product demos, and internal team check-ins.
  • Prepare, update, and track sales proposals, quotes, contracts, and other customer-facing documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, including leads, contacts, opportunities, and activities.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for management review.
  • Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, routing questions to the appropriate team member and following up to ensure timely responses.
  • Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns, events, and promotions, ensuring sales has the materials and information needed to follow up on leads.
  • Help coordinate trade shows, webinars, and other sales and marketing events, including logistics, registrations, and follow-up communications.
  • Monitor and replenish sales materials, presentations, samples, and other collateral used by the sales team.
  • Support lead generation and qualification activities by researching prospects, updating contact lists, and assisting with outbound communications as needed.
  • Assist with order processing, from initial request through to confirmation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and workflows, offering suggestions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners such as Customer Service, Finance, and Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Adhere to established company policies, procedures, and quality standards while maintaining confidentiality of client and company information.

About The Role

As a Sales Coordinator in our Sales / Marketing department, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day sales operations and ensuring our sales team is set up for success.
