Job summary

The Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa, part of the Dolphin Hotel Management family, seeks a Sales Administrative Assistant to support the Sales & Marketing team. You will prepare contracts, proposals, and client communications, while maintaining records and coordinating client visits in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, service-focused, and capable of handling confidential information with professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum one year of administrative, sales support, hotel, or customer service experience preferred.
• Hospitality industry experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Sales & Marketing leaders.
• Prepare, distribute, and maintain sales contracts, proposals, and related documents.
• Enter and maintain client information in Delphi, CI/TY, and Marriott systems.
• Coordinate client site visits, tours, and sales appointments.
• Generate sales reports and assist with RFP responses and presentations.
