Job summary

Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa in Rancho Mirage, CA, seeks a Director of Front Office to oversee all Front Office and Guest Services functions, delivering exceptional service, operational excellence, and strong financial performance.

This role leads Bell Services, Welcome Ambassadors, and Service Express teams while partnering with Rooms leadership to optimize guest satisfaction, labor efficiency, and revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management experience in hotel Front Office leadership preferred.
• Proven customer service excellence with a guest-first mindset.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front Office and Guest Services operations for a seamless guest experience.
• Serve as Manager on Duty, resolving guest concerns with professionalism.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop Front Office team members.
• Collaborate with Rooms leadership to optimize labor and revenue.
• Provide regular reporting on performance to executive leadership.
