Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a Revenue Manager in Hawaii to optimize pricing, inventory and distribution across properties. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to drive RevPAR and profitability.

You will analyze performance data, market trends, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and risks, while leading forecasting and reporting efforts for leadership reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, finance, economics or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in hotel revenue management, analytics or yield management.
• Strong understanding of RevPAR, ADR, occupancy forecasting and pricing.
• Experience with RMS/CRS/PMS and BI reporting tools.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute revenue management strategies to maximize RevPAR, ADR, occupancy and profitability.
• Analyze performance data, STR reports, market trends and competitive activity.
• Manage pricing, forecasting, inventory control and demand optimization.
• Monitor distribution channels, OTA performance, rate parity and channel mix.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and hotel leadership on commercial plans.
• Prepare regular forecasts, reporting, and performance analysis for leadership.
• Lead revenue strategy meetings and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes with data-driven insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability through segmentation and positioning.
