Job summary

Hotel Equities in Honolulu, HI seeks Regional Director of Sales to oversee revenue generation across a multi-property Hawai‘i portfolio. You will partner with GMs and DOS to drive market share, set selling strategies and mentor the sales teams.

This hybrid role requires proven multi-unit hospitality leadership, strong brand experience, and hands-on use of sales tools. Travel to portfolio properties is expected roughly two weeks per month.

Qualifications

• Proven regional sales leadership across multiple hotels (approx. 20+).
• 3+ years strong knowledge of the Hawai'i market.
• Track record of impressive results with Marriott/Hyatt/IHG/Hilton or similar brands.
• Experience with full-service, select-service and extended-stay properties.
• Ability to lead, delegate and manage teams across locations.
• Proficient in using sales systems and market intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute sales and marketing revenue initiatives for the portfolio.
• Mentor and train Directors of Sales; ensure staffing and performance goals.
• Monitor marketplace dynamics; set selling strategies ahead of changes.
• Collaborate with GMs, DOS and sales teams to meet RevPAR and pace targets.
• Travel to portfolio hotels a minimum of two weeks monthly.
• Develop annual budgets and align with marketing and revenue management.
