Job summary

Highgate Hotels seeks a Complex Revenue Analyst for the Courtyard Manhattan/Upper East Side in New York. This role supports the Revenue Management team by preparing revenue reports and analyzing market data to drive yield strategies.

The position requires at least 1 year in hospitality, a bachelor’s degree, and strong Excel/analytical skills. It will involve long hours and close collaboration with Sales, Reservations, and other departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in the Hospitality industry, preferably in Hotel Management.
• Knowledge of industry reports such as STR, Demand 360, OTA Insights, etc.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint required.
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
• Clear verbal and written communication abilities; flexibility for long hours.

Responsibilities

• Accurate preparation and distribution of daily, weekly, monthly revenue reports.
• Assist with ensuring all rates are loaded and inventory is correct.
• Perform audits and maintenance on PMS, CRS, RMS, and Sales & Catering systems.
• Communicate strategies and procedures to other departments.
• Maintain group pick-up reports and coordinate with Sales on cut-offs.
• Participate in weekly revenue management meetings and prepare RM reports.
