Job summary

Tatte Bakery & Café in Boston is seeking a passionate Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for hourly, management, and support roles across our 20+ cafes and operations. You will partner with cafe leaders to forecast staffing needs and deliver a warm, high-touch candidate experience in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

The role requires 2–5 years of recruiting experience in hospitality or retail, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to manage multiple open roles.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in hospitality, retail, or high-growth environments.
• Experience recruiting high-volume roles and staff, including managers and support.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced, multi-site setting.
• Strong sourcing, relationship-building, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with ATS and Microsoft Office; Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with District Managers and leaders to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Lead end-to-end recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Support salary discussions, offers, and background checks.
• Ensure a warm, high-touch candidate experience across the Boston market.
• Develop diverse sourcing strategies and participate in local hiring events.
• Maintain ATS records and track key recruitment metrics.
