Tatte Bakery & Cafe, located in Boston, seeks Front of House team members to deliver hospitality-driven guest experiences and maintain a welcoming café environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warm hospitality and provide exceptional customer service.
• Help guests navigate the menu by answering questions and making recommendations.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Tatte's coffee, bakery, and savory offerings.
• Accurately take guest orders using the point-of-sale system.
• Follow all product preparation and packaging standards.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests.
• Maintain clean, organized café stations.
• Support café cleanliness and visual brand standards.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
