Job summary

Tatte Bakery & Cafe in Boston is seeking a passionate Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for hourly, management, and support roles across our 20+ cafes and bakery operations. You will partner with cafe and operations leaders to anticipate staffing needs and deliver a warm, high-touch candidate experience.

You will lead sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and negotiations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, while building diverse pipelines and improving onboarding through

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in hospitality, retail, or high-growth environments.
• Experience recruiting high-volume roles and hiring managers is a plus.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
• Support salary negotiations, offer letters, and background checks as needed.
• Ensure a warm, clear, and connected candidate experience.
• Source and build diverse talent pools; host hiring events in the Boston area.
• Collaborate with leaders and train hiring managers on the recruiting cycle.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and analyze key metrics.
