Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts seeks a Receiving Clerk to manage receiving, verification, and records in BirchStreet and hotel systems. The role supports efficient purchasing, receiving, invoicing, and storage within a hospitality environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations, with a focus on accuracy and organization. FIFO stock rotation and cross-department collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in receiving, purchasing, inventory, or hospitality.
• Experience with BirchStreet, purchase orders and invoices preferred.
• Knowledge of FIFO and stock rotation.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming hotel deliveries.
• Verify products against purchase orders and invoices.
• Maintain receiving records in BirchStreet and other hotel systems.
• Check deliveries for quantity, quality, damage, temperature, and expiration dates.
• Collaborate with Finance, Purchasing, Food & Beverage, Culinary and other departments.
