Spanish Peaks Mountain Club seeks a detail-oriented People Coordinator to support the People & Culture team in a fast-paced hospitality setting. You will handle onboarding, HR inquiries, and recruitment coordination, while also managing associate housing logistics and engagement initiatives.

The role emphasizes professionalism, confidentiality, and a welcoming workplace culture with on-site responsibilities in Big Sky, Montana and related office duties in Bozeman.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of HR, hospitality ops, recruiting, or related admin experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a people-first mindset.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for onboarding, benefits, policies, and HR procedures.
• Assist full-cycle onboarding including background checks, I-9, documentation, and orientation.
• Support recruitment for domestic, J-1 Work & Travel, and H-2B associates.
• Maintain accurate HRIS and files in compliance with processes.
• Assist with benefits enrollment and associate inquiries.
• Coordinate associate engagement activities, training, recognition, and events.
• Coordinate exit interviews and offboarding logistics.
• Assist with housing logistics, communications, and housing transitions.
• Provide general admin support to the People Department.
