Job summary

Spanish Peaks Mountain Club in Big Sky, Montana, seeks a Server Attendant for the Clubhouse Signature Restaurant. This seasonal, full-time role supports the service team and helps prepare, set up, and reset event spaces, ensuring guests receive attentive and timely service.

You will stock, clean, and manage flow of your section, assist with buffet and event setup, and coordinate with event managers and kitchen staff to execute events smoothly.

Qualifications

• One year experience as a server attendant in a hotel, private club, or similar restaurant preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities required.
• Positive attitude, humility, and respect toward team members.
• Ability to follow directions, make quick decisions, and stay organized under pressure.
• English reading/writing proficiency; basic math and calculator use.

Responsibilities

• Follow the restaurant's service sequence and procedures.
• Set up and reset tables with clean silverware, glassware, linens, and napkins.
• Pre-buss and buss tables; assist servers with service steps.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond with urgency.
• Set up events per specifications: buffets, tables, chairs, linens, decorations.
