Spanish Peaks Mountain Club in Big Sky, MT seeks a Seasonal Member Services Associate to ensure exceptional guest experiences, from greeting guests to handling reservations and requests. You will engage with members, learn preferences, and coordinate with departments to support daily operations.

We value customer service excellence, reliability, and the ability to adapt to new software. Weekend, night, and holiday availability is required as per business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience in a club or similar guest-facing environment.
• Minimum of two years' experience in customer service.
• Exceptional guest recovery skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and processes.
• Reliable and able to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, sincere greeting.
• Provide information on club attractions and local points of interest.
• Build rapport with members and learn their preferences.
• Book reservations for club and external facilities.

Member Services Associate

SUMMARY:

Excellent Service is at the heart of what we do here at Spanish Peaks Mountain Club. SpanishPeaks is a private community situated on 3,500 acres nestled at 7,700 feet in stunning Big Sky, Montana. We are about 40 miles away from Bozeman, Belgrade, and West Yellowstone, Montana.

The Member Services Associate is responsible for ensuring a wonderful member experience through excellent customer service. This position plays an integral role in the guest's stay as the Concierge is often one of the first individuals that a guest interacts with.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Job duties include; although are not limited to:

• Greeting guests with friendly and sincere welcome
• Providing information and assistance to guests regarding club attractions or points of interest
• Actively engages to get to know members and their preferences
• Booking reservations for guests both within the club and at outside facilities
• Properly logging guests requests and performing follow up with guests
• Familiarizing oneself with each day's arrival and group activities
• Maintaining communication with other departments regarding guest activity or special needs as necessary
• Ensuring any incoming and outgoing packages are logged and delivered appropriately
• Monitoring and scheduling Valet and booking guest transportation with Club's contracted vendor

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of two years' experience in a club preferred
• Minimum of two years' experience in customer service
• Exceptional guest recovery skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Must possess a positive attitude
• Must be willing to participate in a learning environment
• Must integrate company values throughout all interactions
• Must be able to quickly and effectively adapt to using new software products
• Must be dependable and available to work within the hotel on weekends, nights and/or holidays based on business demands
• Must have a valid driver's license

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to stand for an extended period of time, approximately six hours. Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill tasks. This position requires manual dexterity, grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending
