Job summary

Urban Air University Heights seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations and drive a culture of exceptional guest experiences. You will supervise staff, shape standards, and guide strategic initiatives to deliver outstanding results.

The role requires hospitality experience, leadership skills, and the ability to work weekends and evenings in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment. CPR/First Aid and professional demeanor are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience in hospitality.
• Pass a thorough background check.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Must be professional, energetic, self-motivated and able to motivate others.
• Able to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and lead staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist in hiring, staff retention, coaching and training.
• Develop weekly schedules to ensure appropriate staffing and customer experience.
• Lead staff motivation and maximize productivity through individual strengths.
• Select and develop staff for leadership opportunities and promotions.
• Ensure execution of staff recognition and incentive programs.
• Assist with inventory control and expense management.
• Oversee operations in entertainment, food & beverage, attractions, and inspections.
• Maintain safe, clean, and secure environment for guests and staff.
• continuously improve operations in line with Urban Air standards.
