Horizon Hospitality Associates, Inc. seeks an experienced Director of Operations to lead a high-volume hospitality operation in Butte County, CA.

The role guides dining, bar, events, and guest amenities while shaping operating procedures and service standards for a full relaunch. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in F&B leadership, 3+ years as a General Manager or multi-department head, and a proven track record of managing costs, labor, and seasonal swings in a casual hospitality setting.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of progressive F&B or restaurant management experience.
• 3+ years in General Manager or senior multi-department leadership.
• Experience with venue openings, relaunches or major renovations.
• Strong financial management and cost control capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operational and financial functions across dining, bar, outdoor seating, event spaces, and guest amenities.
• Drive P&L performance, labor optimization, sales forecasting, prime cost management, and purchasing controls.
• Recruit, mentor and develop executive leadership and hourly staff to build a service-oriented culture.
• Develop and implement SOPs, operating manuals, guest service standards, and safety frameworks.
• Lead pre-opening, soft launch, and full-capacity operational strategy in line with ownership goals.
• Ensure adherence to health department regulations, ABC guidelines, employment laws, and maintenance standards.
