Spire Hospitality is seeking a Director of Operations in Healdsburg, CA. This role leads a customer-centric hotel team, drives service quality, and aligns operations with revenue goals. You will engage with clients, promote the property, and represent the hotel in community activities.

The position requires 5+ years in operations leadership, a hospitality degree, and flexibility to work varied hours, weekends, and holidays. Travel and committee involvement are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field with 3–5 years in hospitality; 2 years in a director role.
• Minimum five years as Director of Operations or equivalent experience.
• Exempt, full-time with the flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a customer-driven hotel with a customer-keeping vision that inspires the hotel team members to do their best
• Oversee the quality process to ensure customer satisfaction by consistent delivery of both product quality and service in accordance with the hotel's revenue-driven culture
• Participate in community affairs and maintain positive public image
• Make judgements and implement changes to maximize profits; supervise the develop of and revision to budgets and forecasts
• Meet with potential current clients and promote hotel
• Travel to attend corporate meeting, sales trips and serve committees such as Safety Committee
