Horizon Hospitality in Chico, CA, seeks an experienced Director of Operations to lead a high-volume, multi-faceted hospitality operation in Butte County. The landmark venue blends casual waterfront dining, full-service bar, outdoor seating, event programming, and waterfront amenities, undergoing modernization.

This senior role offers a base salary of $90,000–$110,000 plus a performance bonus up to 20%, health benefits, PTO, and relocation assistance.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of progressive F&B or restaurant management experience.
• 3+ years as General Manager or senior multi-department leader.
• Experience with venue openings, relaunches, renovations, or turnarounds.
• Strong financial management; control of food, beverage, and labor costs.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operational and financial functions across dining, bar, outdoor seating, events, and guest amenities.
• Drive P&L performance, labor optimization, sales forecasting, prime cost management, and purchasing controls.
• Build, recruit, and mentor executive leadership and hourly staff, establishing a high-performing, service-oriented culture.
• Develop and implement comprehensive SOPs, operating manuals, guest service standards, and safety frameworks.
• Lead pre-opening, soft launch, and full-capacity operational strategy in alignment with ownership goals.
• Ensure strict adherence to health department regulations, ABC guidelines, employment laws, and facility maintenance standards.
