Job summary

The Bay Club Company in Seattle seeks an Operations Associate to support operational, hospitality, fitness and facility roles. You will deliver top-tier member service, help keep the club clean, and maintain a professional attitude across all interactions.

This role offers exposure to multiple club areas and growth opportunities as you gain experience in reception, café, pool and events. Hospitality experience and CPR/food safety certifications are advantageous.

Qualifications

• At least one year experience in the hospitality industry or related service position preferred.
• Food Safety certified (if applicable).
• Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills.
• CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, check them in, and ensure guest registration is completed.
• Book appointments, programs, and class reservations; provide information on club offerings.
• Maintain club cleanliness and deliver exceptional service to retain guests for repeat business.
