Responsibilities span guest reception, program bookings, information delivery, and teamwork with the F&B and maintenance teams. Prior hospitality experience and CPR/food safety certifications are valued.

Qualifications

• At least one year experience in the hospitality industry or related service position preferred.
• Food Safety certified (if applicable).
• Professional, friendly manner and excellent customer service attitude and abilities.
• Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Enthusiastic, responsible, and dependable team player.
• Self-motivated, takes initiative, anticipates the needs of others and willing to acquire new skills.
• Well organized and detail oriented.
• CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests upon arrival to the Club.
• Check members in by verifying their membership and process registrations.
• Book appointments, program, and class reservations for members and guests.
• Provide information regarding Club programming and facilities.
• Deliver exceptional service experience to members, guests, and associates to retain guests.
• Represent the club professionally through appearance, communication, and follow-up.
• Provide guest/prospect lead contact information to the membership sales team.
• Operate and manage cash register and basic payments where applicable.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and readiness of the club areas and facilities.
