Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment Corporation in Milpitas, CA seeks a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food & beverage, bar, and bowling operations across every shift, and to build a high-performing team delivering outstanding hospitality.

You will drive sales, train hourly leaders, manage labor and costs, and stay on the floor to maintain service excellence while ensuring guest satisfaction and throughput.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality or high-volume food and beverage operations.
• Proven ability to drive food and beverage sales and build teams that deliver it consistently.
• Experience training hourly leaders in fast-paced environments.
• A floor-first management style with a strong read on guest experience.
• Solid financial acumen including labor, food cost, inventory and P&L contribution.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across food and beverage, bar, bowling, and arcade, ensuring hospitality standards each shift.
• Drive revenue through sales-focused service, upselling, guest engagement and event support.
• Recruit, train, coach and schedule teams to meet company standards and guest expectations.
• Own labor management, cost control, inventory accuracy and daily financial targets.
• Support FOH and BOH on the floor, resolve guest issues in real time, reinforce accountability.
• Ensure the center is operationally ready and guest-ready during high-volume shifts.
