Lucky Strike Entertainment Corporation seeks a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food & beverage, bar, and bowling operations across all shifts. You’ll flex into any role needed and build a team that delivers outstanding hospitality without being asked twice.

You will drive revenue, recruit and train hourly leaders, and manage labor, costs, and inventory while maintaining service standards and guest satisfaction across high-volume periods.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume operations.
• Proven ability to drive food & beverage sales and build teams that deliver it.
• Experience training hourly leaders in fast-paced environments.
• Floor-first management style with a strong read on guest experience.
• Strong labor, food cost, inventory, and P&L control skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across food & beverage, bar, kitchen, bowling, and arcade; maintain hospitality standards.
• Drive revenue through sales-focused service, upselling, guest engagement, and event support.
• Recruit, train, coach, and schedule teams to meet company standards and guest expectations.
• Own labor management and cost control; ensure inventory accuracy and daily targets.
• Support FOH/BOH on the floor, resolve guest issues in real time, uphold accountability.
• Ensure the center is operational and guest-ready during high-volume shifts.
