Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in California is seeking a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food and beverage, bar, and bowling operations across shifts, while building a team that delivers memorable hospitality.

You will drive revenue through service excellence, upselling, guest engagement, and events, recruit and coach hourly staff, manage labor and costs, and ensure a guest-ready center at all times.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading operations in restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume F&B.
• Proven ability to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Experience training hourly leaders in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across food & beverage, bar, kitchen, bowling, and arcade.
• Drive revenue through upselling and guest engagement.
• Recruit, train, coach, and schedule teams.
• Own labor, cost control, inventory and P&L contributions.
• Support FOH/BOH and resolve guest issues in real time.
• Ensure the center is guest-ready on high-volume shifts.
