Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Restaurant and Operations Manager in California to lead food & beverage, bar, bowling, and arcade operations across all shifts. You will recruit, train, and coach teams, drive revenue through guest-focused service, and maintain labor and cost controls to meet financial targets.

You will stay on the floor to support front-of-house and back-of-house operations, resolving guest issues in real time and ensuring a consistently high level of hospitality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in restaurant/hospitality or high-volume operations.
• Proven ability to drive sales and build teams that deliver results.
• Experience training hourly leaders in fast-paced environments.
• Floor-first management style with strong guest experience focus.
• Solid understanding of labor, food cost, inventory and P&L.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across food & beverage, bar, kitchen, bowling, and arcade.
• Drive revenue through sales-focused service, upselling, and events.
• Recruit, train, coach, and schedule teams to meet standards.
• Own labor, food cost, inventory, and daily financial targets.
• Support FOH/BOH on floor and resolve guest issues in real time.
• Ensure center is guest-ready during high-volume shifts.
