Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment Corporation in the United States is seeking a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food & beverage, bar, bowling, and arcade operations across shifts. You’ll flex into any role the floor needs and build a team delivering exceptional hospitality.

You will drive revenue, recruit and train hourly leaders, and own labor, cost control, inventory, and daily targets while maintaining guest satisfaction and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume food & beverage operations.
• Proven ability to drive food & beverage sales and build teams that deliver.
• Experience training hourly leaders in fast-paced environments.
• Strong financial acumen including labor, food cost, inventory and P&L.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across food & beverage, bar, kitchen, bowling, and arcade, maintaining service flow and hospitality standards every shift.
• Drive revenue through sales-focused service, upselling, guest engagement, and event support.
• Recruit, train, coach, and schedule teams that meet company standards and genuinely serve guests well.
• Own labor management, food & beverage cost control, inventory accuracy, and daily financial targets.
• Stay on the floor supporting FOH and BOH, resolving guest issues in real time, and reinforcing accountability.
• Ensure the center is operationally ready and guest-ready through every high-volume shift.
