Lucky Strike Entertainment Corporation is seeking a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food & beverage, bar, bowling, and arcade operations across all shifts. You will flex into needed roles and build a team that delivers outstanding hospitality without being asked twice.

You will lead revenue growth through guest engagement, upselling, and event support, while training hourly leaders in a fast-paced environment. This role demands a floor-first leadership style with strong guest focus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume F&B operations.
• Proven ability to drive F&B sales and build teams.
• Experience training hourly leaders in fast-paced environments.
• Floor-first management style focused on guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across food & beverage, bar, bowling, and arcade; maintain service flow and hospitality standards.
• Drive revenue through sales-focused service, upselling, guest engagement, and event support.
• Recruit, train, coach, and schedule teams that meet company standards and serve guests well.
• Own labor management, food & beverage cost control, inventory accuracy, and daily financial targets.
• Support FOH and BOH on the floor; resolve guest issues in real time; reinforce accountability.
