Lucky Strike Entertainment Corporation is seeking a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food & beverage, bar, and bowling operations across shifts, while flexing into on-floor roles to maintain guest hospitality. You will build and coach teams to deliver exceptional service and drive revenue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in high-volume restaurant/hospitality operations.
• Proven ability to drive food & beverage sales and build high-performing teams.
• Experience training hourly leaders in fast-paced settings.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations across food & beverage, bar, kitchen, bowling, and arcade.
• Drive revenue through service, upselling, guest engagement, and events.
• Recruit, train, and schedule teams to meet standards and guest expectations.
• Own labor planning, food cost control, inventory, and daily financial targets.
• Provide floor support to FOH/BOH and resolve guest issues.
• Ensure center readiness during high-volume shifts.
