Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food and beverage, bar, and bowling operations across all shifts. You will flex into roles as needed and build a team that delivers outstanding hospitality. The role requires a floor-first mindset and strong guest focus.

You will manage labor, food costs, inventory, and financial targets while staying hands-on on the floor to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume F&B operations.
• Proven ability to drive F&B sales and build teams that deliver it consistently.
• Experience training and developing hourly leaders in fast-paced environments.
• Floor-first management style with a strong read on guest experience.
• Strong financial acumen including labor, food cost, inventory, and P&L contribution.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across food and beverage, bar, kitchen, bowling, and arcade, maintaining service flow and hospitality standards every shift.
• Drive revenue through sales-focused service, upselling, guest engagement, and event support.
• Recruit, train, coach, and schedule teams that meet company standards and serve guests well.
• Own labor management, food and beverage cost control, inventory, and daily financial targets.
• Stay on the floor supporting FOH and BOH, resolve guest issues in real time, and reinforce accountability.
• Ensure the center is operationally ready and guest-ready through high-volume shifts.
