Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food and beverage, bar, and bowling operations across every shift, while flexing into any role on the floor. You will build and mentor a team that delivers exceptional hospitality and consistently meets brand standards.

You will drive sales through guest engagement, manage labor and costs, and resolve guest issues in real time to maintain a guest-ready center during high-volume periods.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume operations.
• Proven ability to drive food and beverage sales and build teams.
• Experience training hourly leaders in fast-paced environments.
• Floor-first management style focused on guest experience.
• Solid financial acumen including labor, food cost, inventory, and P&L.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk long shifts.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily operations across food and beverage, bar, kitchen, bowling, and arcade.
• Drive revenue through upselling and guest engagement.
• Recruit, train, coach, and schedule teams to meet standards.
• Own labor management and cost control.
