Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking an experienced hotel operations leader to assist the General Manager in Springfield, IL. You will oversee all outlets, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive profitability through effective cost and labor control.

Responsibilities include forecasting, budget development, staffing, and coaching department heads to achieve brand standards and service excellence. 24/7 operations demand flexible scheduling and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hotel management experience at Department Head level or above.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to read and prepare occupancy and financial reports.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and scheduling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in management of hotel operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Oversee departments to maintain service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Support GM in forecasts, budgeting, and staffing plans.
• Interview, hire, train, coach and monitor associates to standards.
• Maintain front office systems and payment/accounting processes.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and brand standards to improve performance.
