Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks an experienced hotel operations manager to assist in overseeing day‑to‑day hotel performance, ensuring guest satisfaction across outlets, and maximizing profitability through cost and labor controls. In the absence of the General Manager, you will act as the General Manager.

The role requires 4+ years in hotel management, strong English communication, and solid skills in budgeting, forecasting and using hotel systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of hotel management experience at department head level.
• Experience in a full‑service hotel environment.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong financial management including budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates per brand standards.
• Oversee hotel departments to ensure service excellence and profitability.
• Assist GM in forecasts and budgets, ensuring adequate staff and supplies.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and respond to issues promptly.
• Resolve customer complaints and review operational issues for improvement.
• Oversee internal audits and ensure standards compliance.
• Collaborate with sales to improve occupancy and revenue.
