LAZ Hospitality is seeking a Hospitality Manager to lead hotel and valet operations, elevating guest experiences while driving financial and service excellence. Qualificações

• Minimum of three years of management experience within hospitality, valet operations, guest services or related service industry.
• Prior valet parking experience within a hospitality environment.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Strong customer service, leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on operational needs.
• Experience leading managers or large operational teams.
• Financial management experience including labor management, payroll review, budgeting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to effectively partner with hotel/property leadership and internal partners.

Responsabilidades

• Provide overall leadership and operational oversight for valet, guest services, transportation, and related hospitality operations.
• Lead staffing, planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop Shift Leaders and frontline teams.
• Partner with hotel leadership to meet service objectives and maintain standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and drive service recovery when needed.
• Manage budget, labor, and resources to support profitability and efficiency.
