Job summary

LAZ Hospitality is seeking a Hospitality Manager to lead senior operations across valet, guest services, and transportation at premier hotel properties. You will develop high-performing teams, partner with hotel leadership, and drive guest satisfaction and service excellence.

This exempt, full-time role requires strategic planning for events, staff scheduling, budgeting, and safety, with a strong focus on operational consistency, talent development, and client relationships to deliver memorable

Qualifications

• Prior valet parking experience in hospitality operations.
• Minimum 3 years of management in hospitality/parking operations.
• Experience leading managers or large teams.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong customer service, leadership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for valet, guest services, transportation, and related operations.
• Ensure service standards are consistently achieved across areas.
• Plan for high-occupancy periods, events and VIP experiences.
• Coach and develop Shift Leaders and frontline staff.
• Partner with hotel leadership to meet guest and client objectives.
