Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a Hospitality Valet Shift Lead to act as the on-duty operations leader, coordinating valet attendants and delivering exceptional guest service. You will balance hands-on valet duties with leadership duties to drive performance and maintain safety across shifts.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, ensuring service standards, managing vehicle flow, and maintaining strong guest relations in various hospitality environments.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver''s license with acceptable driving record.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or valet.
• Ability to lead by example and promote positive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct valet attendants during assigned shifts.
• Coach and support frontline team members.
• Greet guests with professionalism and hospitality; maintain service standards.
• Safely receive, park, retrieve, and manage vehicles and tickets.
• Monitor occupancy and operational metrics; coordinate with clients.
• Assist with onboarding, shift planning, and staffing coverage.
