LAZ Parking is seeking a Valet Manager to oversee valet operations across locations, leading a team to deliver 24/7 professional parking management. You will support the home-office programs and assist operational teams at your location.

The role emphasizes servant leadership, client satisfaction, and developing high-potential staff while aligning with contract requirements and revenue goals. Strong Excel/Office skills and hospitality experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in a management role.
• Valet operations experience preferred.
• Hospitality industry experience a plus.
• Proficiency with Excel/Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of employees to meet annual goals and initiatives.
• Oversee daily valet operations and address staff, client requests, and complaints.
• Identify high-potential employees to support growth.
• Coordinate payroll processing and wage-hour compliance with HR/payroll.
• Plan openings of newly assigned locations and ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage location budgets and revenue enhancements.
• Maintain client relationships and drive business retention.
• Coordinate with police and emergency management as needed.
