LAZ Hospitality is seeking a Hospitality Manager to lead valet, guest services, and hospitality teams across luxury hotel and resort environments. You will partner with hotel leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences, develop staff, and uphold service standards.

This exempt, full-time role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a focus on safety, operational excellence, and financial performance.

Formación

• Prior valet parking experience in hospitality.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
• Valid driver’s license meeting company standards.
• Experience working in fast-paced, guest-focused operations.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPoint).
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop valet attendants and guest service staff.
• Foster accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and hospitality excellence.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and employee development discussions.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and retention.
• Identify future leaders and support career development opportunities.
• Promote employee engagement, recognition, and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and expectations.
• Support daily valet, transportation, guest service, and hospitality operations.
• Monitor service levels and operational performance; plan for peak periods.
• Assist with budgeting, payroll review, and labor planning.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and risk management practices.
