Job summary

First Hospitality seeks a Restaurant Operations Supervisor to lead the Hotel Leveque dining outlets in Dayton. You will supervise Restaurant, In Room Dining, Banquets and Bar, ensuring staff are trained, properly equipped, and aligned with brand standards.

Maintain service quality, manage shift execution, and support front desk coordination. Role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to uphold guest satisfaction, with opportunities for professional development

Qualifications

• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong administrative skills and business writing ability.
• Ability to prepare and analyze data figures and transcriptions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Restaurant, In Room Dining, Banquets and Bar.
• Ensure staff arrive on time, in proper uniform, and trained on quality, service and standards.
• Maintain floor presence during peak meal periods to ensure guest service.
• Follow cash, voids, comp and close-out procedures and uphold accountability.
• Communicate with front desk and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure guest satisfaction targets are met and issues are resolved promptly.
