First Hospitality in Dayton, OH is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee Restaurant, In Room Dining, Banquets and Bar operations. You will ensure staff arrive on time, wear proper uniforms, and deliver service aligned with brand standards.

The role requires strong communication, supervisory experience in hospitality, and ability to train staff, manage cash procedures, and maintain guest satisfaction during busy shifts; Kronos timekeeping is used for clocking in/out.

Formación

• Some college or advanced training in food operations preferred.
• Prior restaurant and bar supervisory experience required; hotel restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to work calmly under stressful situations.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant, in-room dining, banquets and bar operations.
• Ensure staff arrive on time and in proper uniform.
• Train staff on quality, service and operational standards.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct brand standard audits to ensure service excellence.
• Coordinate with front desk and other departments to maintain communication.
• Assist in cash handling and shift close procedures.
