Job summary

First Hospitality seeks a Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily dining operations across the hotel’s dining outlets, in-room dining, banquets and bar. You will ensure staff readiness, quality, and service standards while coordinating with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role emphasizes staff training, adherence to brand standards, and maintaining a calm, guest-focused operation during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to prepare and analyze data figures and transcriptions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer operations.
• Experience supervising restaurant or hotel dining operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Restaurant, In Room Dining, Banquets and Bar.
• Ensure staff arrivals, proper uniform, and training on quality and service standards.
• Train staff and ensure tools and equipment are available to perform duties.
• Conduct brand standard audits to ensure optimal service execution.
• Maintain floor presence during peak meal periods to assist guests and staff.
• Ensure restaurant setup meets specifications before shift start and guide opening/closing procedures.
• Communicate with front desk and other departments to maintain seamless guest experiences.
