First Hospitality seeks a Food & Beverage Manager to lead the restaurant and bar operations, driving guest satisfaction, hospitality excellence, and operational integrity. You will promote cleanliness, quality, accuracy, and engagement across the team in a hotel setting.

The role includes staff training, budgeting oversight, brand standard audits, and collaboration with hotel leadership to maintain profitability and service excellence in Dayton.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language used in the workplace.
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to prepare and analyze data figures and transcriptions prepared on and generated by computer.
• Knowledge of computer accounting programs, math skills and budgetary analysis capabilities required.
• Strong administrative skills including business writing and MS Office.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the day to day operations of the specified Restaurant & Bar.
• Ensure staff receive proper training on quality and service standards with the right tools.
• Achieve and maintain budgeted revenues as instructed by the Director of Food & Beverage.
• Maintain labor costs to meet or exceed budget through staffing and scheduling.
• Train staff in operational standards and follow up on training to sustain service levels.
• Establish and achieve quality and guest satisfaction goals.
• Maintain set food and liquor costs.
• Maintain a floor presence during meal periods to ensure optimal guest service.
• Conduct routine brand standard audits to ensure optimal service execution.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by hotel leadership.
