Job summary

Traditions Hospitality Group seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations and guest services. You will supervise staff, oversee safety and regulatory compliance, and contribute to strategy to grow guest satisfaction.

Role requires 2+ years in hospitality, ability to obtain gaming/ABLE credentials if applicable, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. Travel may be required as needed to support locations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 2 years in hospitality or related role.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming badge (if applicable).
• Must be able to obtain an ABLE license (if applicable).
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing overall operations, including staff supervision, guest relations, and facility maintenance.
• Support development and implementation of strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive business growth.
• Handle scheduling, budget management, and reporting; ensure regulatory compliance and company policies.
