You will collaborate to implement strategies that improve satisfaction and drive revenue while maintaining compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong leadership and communication, flexibility to work nights and weekends, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 2 years of hospitality-related experience.
• Ability to obtain Gaming badge (if applicable) and ABLE license (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing overall operations, including staff supervision, guest relations, and facility maintenance.
• Support development and implementation of strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive business growth.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, budget management, and reporting.
