Job summary

Ruth's Chris Steak House, part of Prime Hospitality Group, seeks an experienced General Manager to oversee operations across multiple Ruth's Chris locations in the region. You will drive profitability, manage senior restaurant leaders, and ensure top-tier guest experiences consistent with brand standards.

Responsibilities include strategic planning, operating audits, staff development, and maintaining health, safety, and service excellence across all venues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred in Hospitality or Business.
• At least seven years of related supervisory experience in the restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of all Ruth's Chris Steak House locations under the Prime Hospitality Group.
• Drive revenues, profitability, cash flow and business goals across the restaurant group.
• Develop, lead, and mentor a high-performance regional management team.
• Ensure menu and food development meets quality and health/safety standards.
• Maintain adherence to franchisor programs, company policies, and brand standards.
• Lead local marketing efforts and ensure consistent guest satisfaction and service quality.
