Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a high-volume upscale restaurant and manage guest experience.
• Demonstrates strong budgeting, reporting, and financial oversight skills.
• Requires knowledge of food service operations and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all activities throughout the restaurant to meet budgets and standards.
• Review sales, invoices, and payroll; ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Lead weekly manager meetings; plan staffing, development, and training needs.
• Recruit, hire, orient and train restaurant personnel; monitor performance.
• Develop local marketing and community partnerships to grow guest traffic.
• Ensure strong guest service and brand standards across all stations.
