Prime Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced restaurant operations leader to oversee the performance of its portfolio of Ruth’s Chris Steak House restaurants and allied concepts. You will drive profitability, guest satisfaction, and team development across multiple locations.

The role demands strategic leadership, financial oversight, and hands-on coaching of general managers, with a focus on standards, safety, and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of all restaurants within Prime Hospitality Group to ensure alignment with the company’s core values and financial objectives
• Lead and motivate a regional management team and store-level leadership to achieve guest satisfaction, safety, and service excellence
• Ensure menu and service standards meet high quality benchmarks and comply with health and safety regulations
• Drive growth strategies, profitability, and cost controls across the portfolio while maintaining strong supplier relationships
• Maintain strong communication with executives and managers, providing timely performance feedback and coaching to uplift teams
• Monitor audits, training, and performance metrics to sustain excellence and support expansion plans
