Kärcher North America Inc. seeks a National Accounts Coordinator to be the primary contact for major hospitality clients, acting as the brand ambassador and liaison between clients and our national sales team.

This role emphasizes relationship-building over cold-calling, with a focus on cruise lines, hotels, and gaming venues. You will manage client files, tailor Kärcher solutions to each property, and help drive revenue within National/Key Accounts to meet aggressive AOP targets.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience as Account Coordinator or similar in hospitality.
• High-level white glove service; speak hotel GMs/procurement language.
• Proficient in SAP for complex account hierarchies.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for multiple projects.
• Bachelor's in Business Administration/Marketing or related field; HS diploma with experience acceptable.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as dedicated concierge for hospitality accounts, maintaining client files and CRM data.
• Receive requests for cleaning materials or machinery; recommend Kärcher solutions.
• Understand cruise ship turnarounds, casino environments, and high-traffic hotels.
• Prepare account briefings for Sales Managers with property background.
• Drive national account revenue toward the $32m AOP target via outbound calls.
